Klinisk Biokemi i Norden
An eventful and thrilling social program for the
participants is being planned, including a reception
related to the opening of the congress, sight-seeing
and excursions to the many historical and cultural
sites in Oslo, and a congress banquet at well known
restaurant.
There will be daily program for accompanying
persons.
Additionally we will suggest activities before and
after the congress, such as a cruise along the coast-
line on “Hurtigruten”, short trips to the most spec-
tacular fiords and mountains, and visits to interes-
ting spots outside Oslo and to other cities, also in
Northern-Norway.
News about the congress will be presented both on the
home page and in the forthcoming issues of Klinisk
Biokemi i Norden,
Tor-Arne Hagve
Chairman of the Organizing Committee

Vigeland Sculpture park (Vigelandsparken)
Vigelandsparken is one of Norway’s most visited
attractions with more than one million visitors every
year. The unique sculpture park is the life work
of the sculptor Gustav Vigeland (1869-1943) with
more than 200 sculptures in bronze, granite and cast
iron. Vigeland was also responsible for the design
and architectural outline of the park, a monumental
artistic creation with a human message that is well
worth seeing.
