Coda
Lad mig slutte denne nostalgiske tour de force med
at vise den udvikling (Fig. 7) der er sket i publika-
tioner om n-3 PUFA siden vi i 1971 skrev vort første
arbejde om eskimoernes plasma-lipider (3). Det er en
udvikling der, hvis nogen dengang havde postuleret,
at noget sådant ville blive virkelighed, af os ville være
blevet betragtet som vansindige!
