Sjögren's Syndrome (SS), Rheumatoid arthritis
(RA) and non-SLE glomerulonephritis (GN) were
assayed. The specificity of the assay was found to
be
93 % for a group consisting of 244 specimens
without SLE including 100 healthy blood donors.
The specificity of the assay was 100% for a group
consisting of 100 healthy blood donors. The
sensitivity was 66 % in the SLE patient group
which consisted of patients with either active or
inactive disease.
Detailed results for the patient groups andhealthy
blood donors are summarized in the working
procedures.
